At ceramik.ca we strive to provide our clients 100% satisfaction on both purchases and returns. If you need to return/exchange material, please follow the steps listed below, or email/call our Customer Care Centre at 1-844-527-5554 or email@example.com.
- Please call our Customer Care Centre at 1-844-527-5554 to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).
- Use the original packaging or a strong corrugated carton. It has to get back to us undamaged, so pack it well.
- Include a copy of your original receipt then pack and tape your package securely, please indicate the RMA# on the outside of the box, and reason for return on the copy of the invoice inside.
Damaged Items and Shortage Claims:
Please report damaged or missing items within 2 days of delivery by calling toll free 1-844-527-5554.. Check your material once received. If you find material broken that can not be used or missing items, we will gladly send out replacements, and take back the damaged product. Call us at 1-844-527-5554 and we will guide you through the simple process.
All merchandise must be in the original full cartons with all packaging intact, unmarked and in new condition. For shipping purposes, only FULL boxes of material will be accepted for return, regardless of the order size. All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to excess returned merchandise. Refunds will be provided in the same tender that the purchase was paid in – Credit card will be refunded to the original credit card once the material has arrived back to us and has been confirmed. Only returns with an RMA # (Returned Merchandise Authorization #) will be accepted.
Ceramik.ca reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
